Afra is an ascended master and one of our beloved brothers of the African race of people. At one time Afra lived on the great continent of Africa. Afra is also a member of The Great White Brotherhood. The word white is not referring to skin color. The word white refers to the brilliant white light that surrounds the ascended masters because they are vibrating as one with The Father. The Great White Brotherhood has been assisting people all over the world in becoming enlightened. Right now Afra is very concerned for the African people, which includes descendants all around the world. Many have forgotten their Divinity and plunged into darkness. There is self hatred and belief in superstition. Attaining huge amounts of money at any cost, and singing self demeaning songs is rampant. Many have adopted a dress code that imitates prison inmates where their pants are way too big and exposing their underwear for all to see. Domestic violence is rising in households. These types of behavior is not of God. This is the ego self creating a seeming separation from God. God is Love, Life giving and sustaining. You honor God when you present yourself in the best possible way.
Before I continue I want to make it clear to you that even though the ascended masters are enlightened beings, they do not want you to worship them. To do so would imply inequality between you and them. We are truly brothers and sisters and part of the same God Source.

I would tell you that God has chosen this people as those who have become rich in Spirit."
When Martin Luther King Jr. spoke about ending segregation, he did not mean that black people should lose themselves as people who are descended from Africans. It did not mean that we should start playing down our wonderful uniqueness as people of the African nation and stop loving who we are in all its entirety. Martin Luther King simply meant that black people should be extended the same rights as white people in America. That means recognizing that black people are also God's children. Universal Loving Intelligence is behind our existence just as it is behind the existence of all people. The American dream of an education, great health, the chance to earn a great living, living in comfort and safety is a divine right belonging to all people.
People should never be judged by their outer appearance. It was time for America to make good on the promises written about in The Declaration of Independence.

If you are a black male and you believe that all black women are gold diggers, hard to get along with and ghetto, that will become a self fulfilling prophecy for you. Every black woman who comes into your life will be exactly that and give you the excuse you seek as a reason to stop dating black women. You summon everything to you with your thoughts. It is absurd to link negative personality traits with a specific group of women based on their skin color being brown or black. If you are a black male and you are degrading black women, you are also degrading yourself and you dishonor God.
Likewise for black women. If you believe that there are no good black men, than that will also become a self fulfilling prophecy. Examine your own level of Consciousness and change your thoughts. If you are looking for a good black man, then YOU must become a good black woman. Become, yourself, all of the things that you want your good black man to be. Cease thinking repeatedly that all men are dogs. Be, yourself, what you want to have in a life mate and keep your focus on that. In doing so, you are making yourself a vibrational match for what it is that you want. The same goes for black males. Remember that sacred union is the most powerful and meaningful intimate relationship that two people can have. It is what Universal Loving Intelligence intended. Males also unfairly judge females if they have sex with them too early. The females are then called sluts or "easy". If you as the male sleep with her too then the question is what does that make you if she is a slut? If she is a slut then you, the male are no better then she is. Jesus and Mary Magdalene were models on earth for sacred union. Anything less degrades the body, mind and your relationship. It also extends outwardly to the world. This is why you have today total disrespect for your bodies and relationships. Relationships today are based mostly on how great your partner is in bed. Men are flying to Rio de Janeiro to pay for fake love. Pornography is rampant. The family unit has deteriorated. Females care more about how much he has than what is within him.

The ego is going to fight to remain number one in your life , but you will not become enlightened through the ego. You have to become like a little child before your innocence was stripped away little by little by your well intentioned family and the world around you. The ego will always tell you that you are right and others are wrong because they do not believe as you do. If others are wrong, then the ego will also convince you that it is right to abuse others who do not believe as you do. You will eventually condemn the "others" to hell because you believe that your belief is the only way, and that God will also condemn them to hell. Many of you will even be self righteous about it at times. You will be convinced that Jesus would be pleased that you are abusing people in his name. Can you not see the total absurdity of such notions in light of what Jesus taught and still teaches today?
Afra, Jesus and all ascended masters reside in the celestial realms. The Celestial Realms is not a place that is off limits to you. It is always waiting with its "doors" wide open to receive you, even now in your physical bodies you can enter into this wonderful place. You have to raise your vibration to the highest heights. I AM that, I AM! Sincerely pray and meditate daily, asking Universal Loving Intelligence to be your guide. You have to put aside your ego thoughts and allow your Christ Self to come forth and light the way to Freedom. Invite Christ to take over your life and handle all situations. Knock and the door will surely open, then you will begin to see change happening in your life.

Some of you who are black (like myself) want me to say that Jesus is also black, and will be annoyed at me if I don’t. You gather all kinds of books and stories to prove the skin color of Jesus. I asked Jesus about this, and his answer to me is that I must not become entangled with such debates. It is frivolous. It is not important what color skin Jesus had. What is important is what he came here to teach humanity. When you focus so much on what the teacher looks like, you miss the message that will set you free.
The outer physical appearance of the teacher is not important. There have been many teachers of Truth who have come to remind you of your direct connection to God. The teachers have been men and women from many different cultures and races of people. So it is neither here nor there that Jesus is black or white. If it is important to you that Jesus be black, then by all means get a picture of a black Jesus that pleases you. Then move on from it and pay attention to the Good News that Jesus taught and continues to teach. It is the message that is most important, not what the messenger looks like.
